In-Line Filters
Bijur in-line filters are compact and easily serviced die-cast and are available in two sizes for 1” and 3” deep disposable porous metal filter elements. Two grades of sintered metal filtration are offered with 10, 25 and 125 micron (nominal) particle protection.

The bowl can be quickly disassembled by hand for inspection and replacement of filters. Elements are high strength, corrosion-resistant sintered brown metal, capable of removing large amounts of contaminants without breakdown or damage.

Features: Assemblies are specially designed for easy “in-line” installations. They can be used with a variety of lubricants (including hydraulic and oil). They are suitable for continuous delivery, as well as cyclic operation conditions.

Return Line Filter
These Bijur filters are specifically designed for filtering oil in the return line of Bijur continuous lubricating systems.

Features: Bowl and/or filter element can be easily removed for cleaning or replacement without disconnecting inlet or outlet lines. The large filter area minimizes cleaning frequency and can be located in any convenient location (in return line) to provide easy accessibility.

High-Pressure Filter
Use these Bijur filters in high-pressure applications. Maximum allowable pressure of filter is 300 psi.

Features: Bowl and/or filter element can be easily removed for cleaning or replacement. The large filter area (approx. 22 sq. in.) minimizes cleaning frequency and can be located in any convenient location (in return line) to provide easy accessibility. Mounting bracket can be reversed so that position of inlet and outlet ports can be interchanged.
