System Description
SureFire SLR low pressure oil lubrication systems are designed for light, medium and heavy machinery requiring up to 100 points o lubrication. They are ideally suited for machinery requiring an uninterrupted discharge of oil either regularly timed or continuous.
The Bijur SureFire SLR centralized lubrication system is a reliable SLR system that contents of three basic elements:
- SureFire SLR lubricator pump - stores and pumps lubricant
- Resistance fittings - allows a proportioned amount of oil to flow to a lubrication point
- Lubricant distribution network - tubing, plus various junctions, adapters, clips and connector hardware

SureFire SLR Lubricator
The SureFire SLR lubricator provides the central source of oil or fluid grease for the centralized lubrication system. It includes a reservoir to store the lubricant and a pump that pressurizes the lubricant through the system.
Resistance Fittings
We offer meter units and control units to dictate the amount of oil that flows into a lubrication point. These fittings are available in a wide array of sizes, configurations and flow rate. Use meter units fo cyclic SLR systems and control units for continuous SLR systems.
Lubricant Distribution Network
There is an extensive accessory catalog available to support the SureFirst SLR centralized lubrication system. Everything from tubing and junctions to adapters and connection hardware can be ordered with the SureFire SLR system.
